A $35.00 surety deposit is required w/ all papers (excluding NAPPS members-w/ proof) OR the returns will be held until final payment is recieved.
Our fees are $20/ service + $0.73/mile (round-trip) Rush service requires a $55.00 deposit.

Note: Clients who do not pay will be subject to formal complaints via NAPPS (if NAPPS members) and/or civil action in the Ingham County Small Claims Court-no exceptions will be allowed.

Please include your jurisdictions return of service / proof of service paperwork to avoid complications; some courts will not accept NAPPS affadavits, which is what I use if you do not include one of your own.
